Another one from my summer expedition along The West Highland Way.
I was sitting in the MacDonald Hotel in Kinlochleven having my dinner and this was the view out the window beside me (in fact I shot this through the glass) The rather prominent mountain is the Pap of Glencoe. I was hoping for a beautiful sunset later that night, but as is typical for Scotland it just became darker and darker. updated: I was really having problems seeing the bright rim around the mountain on the left, but I took it back into PS and skipped the unsharp mask process. The only treatment the image has had is the sepia toning and a resize. Thanks to ~stilist and *dtobi for the encouragement. |
